| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description From the mid-1980s onwards the previously monolithic structure of BR's freight operation was divided, with several businesses created as a prelude to privatisation, such as Loadhaul, Transrail and Mainline, each with a separate identity. This book records the changes in liveries and train compositions. It includes over 200 colour illustrations.

| Customer Reviews: A must read for all rail modellers. October 22, 2009 Mark Time (UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a very easy to read book and is a must for anyone interested in the Railfreight scene. Some excellent photographs with a really good narrative combine to make this a must have reference book.

This is the sort of work that modellers will probably find useful, and it certainly answered some queries I had. Good colour photos, and some reasonable text, and although I was left wanting more text, that would doubtless have put the basic price up. It was good value at the Amazon offer/free post price, and I would recommend this deal to kindred souls.
