A handy little book, but not much use to anyone here in the UK using Horby or Bachmann standard track, the plans in the book are rather large, primarily ranging from over 12 feet in width, making them rather large for my purposes. The plans also do not show any track part numbers, nor do they really do very well at showing where to apply power to the track.
There are some hints, but no definitive answers.
As such this book is really for ideas, and not for picking up a re-made track to layout quickly. Indeed, it takes longer to decypher a layout from the book, than to just lay one out yourself.
